The nursing staff was excellent from entering the front door to checking in to prep and post surgery. Everything went smooth from taken in the surgery room to the surgery and quality of the job done, stitches and how I felt the next day when I went back to work.

I want to leave 0 stars; but I can’t do the nurses and the staff like that. The nurses and the technicians have absolutely taken full care of me. I am so grateful for every single one of them, James, Rinee, Sal, John, and one other woman whose name is slipping my mind from the pain killers that day. Thank you so much to that nursing staff, and the techs Shandora, and Bobbi. I am so grateful for them, I really am. I was most definitely a scared baby. I don’t have family in the state and I had to have my abdomen sliced open. That was my first time having surgery, and being in so much pain. I thought my guts were going to literally fall out of my stomach. These nurse staff put up with me crying, unable to get to the bathroom by myself, keeping my pain meds in check, and always clicking that button for pain medication because I was truly a scared little baby that was probably a handful to deal with. I am so grateful for all their work. The nursing staff was all very good to me. As far as doctors, I barely saw a doctor the entire 6 days I was there. I don’t really know the full medical run down from my time here since I only saw the doctor 15 minutes worth my entire 6 day stay. I’m sure they’re busy and all but it really had me questioning the care I was in. I couldn’t eat for 4 of those days, and when I was finally able to, whoever brings the food left my first meal outside my door to get cold for 3 hours. :( Lastly; when I came in through ambulance, the security guard checked my bag and pockets, taking my nicotine vape, (understandable) He said it would be with security when I check out. When I went to check out, it was missing, lost, which it’s a vape, but again, questioning the hospitals competence if they’re losing patients belongings. Lastly, an old man in the ER pooped his pants, I guess the security man on duty at the time was nasty and rude to the elderly man about needing to use the bathroom, so my boyfriend at the time, who was just a by stander was the only

I recently had a bad fall and was taken to the Emergency room at Research Medical Center. The care I received was provided in a timely manner by staff that kept me as comfortable as possible. On discharge, I was provided with follow up instructions. Overall, my visit was a positive experience.

They were ready to go when I got there and the 2 nurses in the pre op were amazing and professional. The surgery went as scheduled and when I got back to post op that nurse was keeping close eye on me to make sure that there was no bleeding and very caring and professional. I give Research Medical and all the staff that took care of me and even the lady who I checked in with was all great and I thank you all. Dan Burch

Very impressed with communication! My father had a quadruple bypass and I was so surprised by the communication. Unfortunately with COVID-19 and everything going on only one person could be with him during the whole procedure and hospital stay. He had to stay in the hospital a little longer while they monitored a few things. The doctor (the actual doctor!!) called me almost everyday day with the update! Each time I visited everyone was so friendly and helpful even with all the extra requirements necessary to enter. They were well organized and you can see from photos they are taking plenty of steps to keep people spread out.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital as well as the kindness of all the staff members and my surgeon, Dr. Eshcol. The heart healthy lunch was exceptional. I just have one bone to pick, they forgot the potatoes on my breakfast. :-)

We have had two different stays on the burn unit — one for ten days and another for seven. During both stays, we received some of the most amazing care. The nurses truly go above and beyond with their knowledge, compassion, comfort, and dedication. But it wasn’t just the nurses — housekeeping, nutrition services, and even the cafeteria staff were all incredible. We are so thankful for each and every one of you who made such a difficult time a little easier.

The wait time in prep before my procedure was way longer than expected, however, Dr Darden, the Nurses in recovery, and the nurse for my overnight stay were absolutely wonderful. My overnight nurse was Seref, if I remember correctly. She made an uncomfortable recovery a lot more pleasant. Very professional and friendly.
